Delivery Conditions

Free delivery is applicable to purchases $200 and above; made in a single invoice, to a single address in one trip, to first non lift-accessible storey and is only applicable within Singapore mainland. We do not deliver to Jurong Island.

Most of our products are delivered directly from the manufacturers’ factories. We will arrange for all the items to be delivered at the same time If there are multiple Items. You will be informed in advance should the items be delivered separately.

In the event a single order has to be split into various delivery dates/ locations/ timings due to special requests and/ or selection of delivery dates within the stated delivery lead-time period, additional charges will apply at the discretion of EasyHouse Pte. Ltd.

There are no installation charges, unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been confirmed, we will be contacting you via phone/email to confirm the delivery date/time. We will be contacting you should there be any rescheduling of delivery date/time. If you do not receive any phone calls from us, it means that the delivery is on schedule with the confirmed date/time.

Changes in delivery date should be made via email to enquiry@EasyHouse.com.sg at least 48 hours before the stipulated delivery timing or call to us at +65 8866 8168. Please provide your order invoice number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.

We earnestly urge customers to be present during the stipulated delivery date/time to be considerate to other customers and seek your kind understanding when it comes to delivery timings. While the delivery team will try their utmost to deliver within the selected time frame, there are many external factors including traffic, vehicle, weather conditions etc, which would cause delays.

We will only deliver on Mondays to Saturdays, 10am – 6pm. Free delivery will not be available on Sundays and public holidays. Should there be requests of deliveries outside of our normal operating hours, additional delivery charges may/will be incurred at the discretion of EasyHouse Pte Ltd. (Selected items only). EasyHouse Pte Ltd. reserves the right to amend the delivery timings in the event of lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties.

EasyHouse Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the delivery date/time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we do our upmost best to adhere to scheduled delivery date/time and act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays, EasyHouse Pte Ltd. shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.

Additional charges shall be imposed if, 1 rescheduling of date/ time/ location upon arrival of delivery crew is required, 2delivery location is inaccessible via elevator (i.e. walk-up apartment, shophouses etc), 3the delivery crew is unable to have the items delivered via the elevator at the point of delivery (i.e. items are unable to fit into elevator, non-functioning elevator upon delivery crew’s arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc). We will assess the feasibility of the items being carried up via the staircase/ passageway in a non-hazardous manner at our own discretion.

EasyHouse Pte Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the items if the delivery process is deemed hazardous, (e.g items prone to damages on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway etc)

Additional Charges shall be as follows:

  1. Returns or Rescheduling of date/ time/ location upon arrival of delivery crew : $50 for orders valued below S$500, 10% or cap at S$250 of total item(s) amount purchased, for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.
  2. Delivery location is inaccessible via elevator : $10 shall be imposed for each Item for each non lift-accessible storey.
Cancellations

Cancellations shall not be accepted once orders have been confirmed.

Damage Policy

In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects or even items being damaged during transportation, kindly inform us immediately at +65 8866 8168 or email us at enquiry@EasyHouse.com.sg. As such, we advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages upon delivery. In rare cases where the merchandise displays minor scratches and dents, the merchandise will be touched up, repaired or replaced at the discretion of EasyHouse Pte Ltd.

You have the right to reject the merchandise immediately if the piece delivered is different from that depicted in the product description or picture you saw online.

EasyHouse Pte Ltd. reserves the right to void the warranty should the product be found to have been subjected to adverse conditions, not exclusively or limited to conditions such as bad weather, abuse, or placement of the merchandise in publicly accessible locations that could result the merchandise to be subjected to damages, or otherwise.

Returns Policy

We do not accept any exchange, refunds or returns for any items delivered.

Limitation of Liability

EasyHouse Pte Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and excludes any liability from us for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by Law.

Disposal

We will dispose your old mattress of equivalent size in accordance to every piece of mattress purchased. This service is available if you have selected the option on the online order form. The delivery team will not be able to dispose off the old mattress due to scheduling constraints if prior arrangements have not been made. EasyHouse Pte Ltd. reserves the right to refuse disposal of any old mattresses at its full discretion.

We do not provide any furniture disposal services. We advise our customers to contact the local town council for free disposal service, or contact your building management for assistance.

In the event that your old furniture is not removed before the delivery, causing the delivery team to be unable to install the new furniture, it will be a failed delivery. Rescheduling of delivery due to failed delivery is chargeable as follows: $50 for orders valued below S$500, 10% or cap at S$250 of total item(s) amount purchased, for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.

Warranty

Our mattresses may come with warranties of up to 20 years. Different mattresses have different warranty periods and these warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. Warranty cards and/or relevant warranty details can be found packed with the mattress. Mattress manufacturers’ warranties differ between manufacturers, but in general, cover internal spring unit from defects such as serious sagging which are not due to normal wear and tear, broken springs and collapsed springs. Please read and follow the instructions on the warranty card (wrapped in plastic cover with mattress) carefully for the warranty to be effective. We advise customers to fill up and submit the warranty card immediately after purchase for the warranty to be effective.

Our furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the defects and send it to enquiry@EasyHouse.com.sg with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. Repairs will be done in most cases. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for an identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. EasyHouse Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.

Modes of Payment

Payment for all items sold on EasyHouse Pte Ltd can be made via credit card gateway or Internet banking upon order only. Delivery will only be processes upon successful receipt of payment for Internet banking.

By your access to and use of EasyHouse Pte Ltd’s Website, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us without prior notice. EasyHouse Pte Ltd. reserves to amend the Terms and Conditions of Use at its own discretion.

Occasionally, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website at our own discretion and without prior notice. All data on this Website is correct at the time of publishing. EasyHouse Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove, edit and add on any data without prior notice.

You are prohibited from misusing this Website for any criminal purposes. We will not hesitate to report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
